Before you try it.

What is an engraving proof?

An engraving proof is a preview of the text and placement before an item is engraved. Check the pet name, phone number, line breaks and template size, then keep the buyer-approved version with the order.

What details should my order CSV contain?

The pilot uses a CSV with an order ID, pet name and phone number for each row. Add personalization fields if they are missing from your Etsy export. We confirm the field mapping before the first batch.

Does this connect to my Etsy account?

The pilot starts with a CSV export and your own SVG template. No Etsy login or automatic messaging is needed.

Can I use a different engraving product?

The first pilot focuses on repeatable round pet tags with name and phone fields. You can describe another workflow in your enquiry; we’ll confirm whether it fits.

Will the SVG be ready for my machine?

We review the template together before the first batch. You check the files in your engraving software and make the final production decision. The demo download is illustrative.

What happens after I apply?

Your application is saved. We contact suitable shops to confirm the template, first batch and delivery plan before taking payment. There is no automatic renewal.
