These pages collect pilot enquiries and, only if you allow it, first-party usage measurements. No advertising trackers are installed.

Pilot enquiries

When you apply, we save your email, the workflow details you provide, the displayed offer and the page source (such as a campaign tag or referring website). We use these details to review suitability and respond about the pilot. Applying does not take payment or create a subscription.

Image tool files

The image resizer processes selected images in your browser. Images, filenames and source EXIF are not uploaded or included in usage events. Closing or refreshing the page clears the active batch. Re-encoded images may lose metadata and color profiles; preserve your originals.

Your business files

The application pages do not accept customer orders, templates or manuscripts. If a pilot is suitable, we agree on how to share a limited or redacted sample before collecting project files.

Optional usage measurement

If you choose “Allow measurement”, your browser stores a random visitor ID and a session ID. We record page and demo interactions with those IDs, the relevant pilot and source tags. Event records do not contain your email or form answers. An application may be linked to your visitor ID to measure the application flow. No data is sent to third-party analytics or advertising services.

Choosing “Essential only” leaves usage measurement off. Forms and demos still work. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement and removes the IDs from your browser.

Storage and access

Enquiries are held in the operator’s database. Access to applications and contact messages requires an administrator sign-in. Image-tool events record task IDs, page/tool/version, broad device category, source hostname or campaign label, counts, duration and outcomes. Download initiation does not confirm saving. Daily aggregate counts without visitor or task IDs are retained for trend analysis; daily uniques cannot be summed into period uniques. Raw usage events are retained for up to 90 days; application and contact records are retained for up to 180 days from the most recent update. Operational backups can retain a deleted record until the backup expires.

Contact and deletion

To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and include the email used for your enquiry. We may ask you to confirm ownership before changing a record.

Essential storage

Your browser stores your measurement preference so it can be respected. Administrator authentication uses a separate secure session cookie. Neither is used for advertising.
